Review on Cardone 20 6803 Remanufactured Domestic Steering by Andrew West

After entering information about my truck it was intended for, I was recommended this pump and told it would be a good fit. It was shipped quickly and arrived on time in March. Now that my son is on his summer vacation we have decided to replace the power steering pump as we do all truck repairs together. Well, what should have taken an hour of work turned into various trips to the parts store and trying to rebuild this piece of shit to work on a truck, he said it should work. Now when I enter the vehicle information to see if the part is compatible, it magically says it isn't. Very disappointed with misinformation and wasted time trying to install something that should never be installed. Zero stars from me. And to top it all off, the return window has come and gone so I can't even return the pump, which will never work in my truck anyway. I'm not sure if it's Revain's or the manufacturer's fault for being able to show it's compatible with the vehicle when it isn't.
