This engine was purchased and tested under no load and it ran well, throttle changed as expected. After connecting to a load, the motor struggled and the throttle became binary. The only inputs were on and off. Also, I contacted the seller for information and he said they had a data sheet for the motor and they never sent it. Finally, I connected a power monitor to the battery to see how much current is being drawn at full throttle (it's on). The highest I saw on a hard start was 1000 watts, but once things settled down to full throttle I was only drawing 650 watts and outputting a measly 17 amps at a very boring rate.
