Updated based on Transit TV customer support response. They stated that the failure of the TV mount structure is unusual and not caused by a weak design. The TV will be replaced under warranty. An update and will hopefully improve the overall rating shortly after receiving and installing a new TV. Picture quality and reception are excellent. When using a Revain mount recommended for an RV TV, the plastic brackets on the TV broke and the threaded inserts on the TV pulled out. Cracked plastic around the mounting screws.
