One of the best network testers on the market today

Easy to use and reliable of the best network testers on the market today. I bought the MS2-100 to make it easier to find a few shorts in a 25 acre wireless setup. Without this, it would have taken weeks or months to trace cable by cable with my old tester to find the end of a cable to place a test block on one end and a tester on the other to test the line. Then they wouldn't know it yet, there was a brief layoff. Because a conventional cable tester usually does not detect short circuits, but only branched or crossed wires. I decided to buy a new tester that can not only test multiple cables, but also cables that are still in use and connected directly to the distribution center. It also shows what was wrong and how far it was from me. It does not work as intended and advertised. This reduced my time to 3 days to find all shorts and other problems on the network as frames were moved away from the distribution center to narrow my troubleshooting starting point. Along with additional information about the presence of open or crossed wires and / or high voltage in the line. After removing all PoE adapters that were added to the original configuration, the high voltage and short circuit issue they caused was resolved. I couldn't find the problem if the measurement function didn't show me how far each problem is from the test point. I recommend this product to anyone who needs network troubleshooting. This is your primary tool for diagnosing network problems.
