The ability that it can connect you with many different datasources is really interesting! I was able to use R for one of my projects using redash (and also connect another API). It's free which is fantastic as well! One thing i dislike about this tool in general and especially so when trying to do ETL or doing anything for that matter where performance matters would be if they had some caching capability built into their system? Would definitely love an integration option between them like Zapier has done for example but even something basic like saving output from 1st query before starting next without having to reload page was quite difficult to pull off sometimes because of latency issues. Great software otherwise though - its super easy to get up and running and once connected all queries are transparently synced across devices/apps too. Was solving problems around being able to have our development team have quicker insight at realtime level than waiting for analysis reports etc after hours once we were collecting logs / data through log management systems like Graylog2. I like that Redash is able to connect to multiple different sources of data. It's easy to use and set up. I also like how it allows me to create my own dashboards with custom metrics. The only thing I dislike about Redash is that sometimes it doesn't update as quickly as you would like. If you are looking for a way to pull in lots of different types of data from different sources, then this is definitely the tool for you! We have been able to see trends in our data much quicker than we were before.
