Review on Happybuy Single Horn Anvil 110Lbs Cast Steel Blacksmith 🔨 Tool for Sale - Round and Square Hole, Rugged & Durable by Wendy Rodriguez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I hope it helps.

See attached photos. Literally just delivered. Just take a look! Only the flat horn was covered. if you can call it covered. As some others have said the weight is not enough, mine is about 3lbs less than 110.2 or whatever was advertised. There are holes everywhere. Some are pretty deep. The round horn has some of the worst pits here, but they're found all over the anvil. I could understand pitting in a used anvil. but it's brand new! The round horn looks welded on. Tell me it's not a hammered anvil. The horn also has several large uneven surfaces (except for pits). There is a suspicious round spot on the side. As if something was cut and soldered/welded. I have a couple of big holes around the edges. The Hardy hole is not fully cut (semi-rounded corners) and is less than 1 inch in diameter in any direction you measure. Does it sound? Yes. wouldn't go as far as "church bell" but it rings. I have no ban on testing the rebound sorry guys. Weight ÷ Cost, which works out to about $3.08 per pound. So basically the cost of a used anvil for its size and weight. Well what about good stuff? He doesn't wobble. Appears to be made of steel. It's cheap, so good for a beginner or someone who needs a temporary fix. mmm Yes. I'll update once I've done some work. I currently give 2 stars for flaws, packaging, pitting, sloppy welds, an unfinished strong hole and light weight. Vocation? Yes. wouldn't have gone as far as a "church bell" but it does ring.
