I bought two of these monitors for a dual monitor setup. Let's get rid of the bad first. The OSD just sucks, the options are too limited and the presets aren't great. With that in mind, I was able to fine-tune the contrast, gamma, brightness, etc. using my software driver (Catalyst Control Center) to get the monitors just right. The default settings are pretty terrible, but that's typical for monitors. I've never tested speakers because let's be honest with ourselves, who actually uses monitor speakers? Even if they're great (and I'm sure they're not), it doesn't matter to me. These monitors are fairly light and I felt they didn't put a lot of strain on my mount (not to mention easier to assemble). Overall, after some tweaking and tweaking, these monitors are bright, colorful and have excellent response times (haven't experienced any ghosting or anything like that so far). I use them for gaming and general web use.
