The ease of use for our employees to track POs is very user friendly, no confusing options or too many clicks! It takes about 10 minutes in training with any new PO member in order receive full benefit from this software system. We have not experienced anything that we are unhappy with at current time using medious as it serves its purpose well!! As stated above easy access tracking & reporting benefits greatly. All transactions (PO related) can be tracked easily by clicking once each item has been completed rather than having several tabs open up! The platform is user-friendly and provides a lot of flexibility to manage all of your spend with ease. It's also very easy to integrate with other platforms and provide a seamless experience for your end users. It also has a great customer support team. I wish the platform had more integrations with other platforms. We have been able to manage all of our spend in one place. The platform has been easy to educate and implement for our end users.
