This lining really surprised me! I was originally looking for a much more expensive model but settled on this one as it was half the price. For this price, this is excellent quality. The upholstery extends over the entire back seat and extends to the front seats. It has elastic straps on the back corners so you can wrap them around the back of the seat and prevent the corners from falling off. It has small pockets that can be tucked between the back of the seat and the bottom cushion to keep it in place. It also has small flaps that fold down the sides and into the door to protect the sides of your seat if your pup jumps. The front hinges are adjustable in length so you can adapt them to your vehicle. Unfortunately it isn't. really works in my car. I have a BMW 330xi and the rear seats are very high and steep, more like bucket seats. The seats fold down and there is a gap between the backrest and the bottom cushion so I can tuck in the bags and they hold the middle in place. However, there are solid pads on the sides of my seats. The liner has 2 pockets on the side ends to keep the ends in place but I can't tuck them into the seats. I tried not using pouches but then my dog and liner just shifted all over the place. Then I tried to fill the bags closer to the middle. This causes the fabric to crumple in the middle and leave the sides open. Small door panels cover the undersides of the seats, but the backrests remain open. Since the seat doesn't have a hard backrest, I can't let the rubber bands around the corners hang down either. There are also hinges for the front seats. The straps are adjustable in length but snap into place. My front seats are relatively close together, which also causes some tightness and snagging. Perhaps these issues would have been resolved if I had ordered a regular size, but the XL fits the length perfectly, it's just that the anchors are in a bad spot. Overall this is an incredible product and excellent value for money. But if you have really cool seats or bucket seats, this might not work for you.
