Luckily this company has great customer service. I was only contacted a few days later and received the issue which I resolved very quickly. The initial installation didn't take long, the online guides are of course much better. I kept a close eye on them and was disappointed that my truck couldn't take the seal, it just rolled down. It turns out that the gap between the rear door and the Silverado's body can be quite narrow. If you turn the seal over so the bubble is pointing directly at the tailgate panel, it will seal well and not roll off. USE THE SMALL TEST STRIPS AS RECOMMENDED IN THE ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS! Had it installed a few days ago and it shows no signs of rolling or peeling. Very happy with this product but mostly happy with this company. They understand exactly what customer service is.
