Bought this product for two phones. The first phone (pink) I attached the screen to went well. Then when I did the second one, I couldn't find any instructions on how to use the second screen. I watched the video and searched their website and couldn't find anything. So I had to figure out how to attach the second screen myself. I placed the new screen in the Easy App tray and lined up the sticker with the green arrows on the tray. I put the screen on the phone and everything went fine. However, when I put the blue phone case on him, he stood up. Disappointed because it doesn't work even though the product says it's convenient to use. I wish they had clear instructions on how to apply your second screen after using the app drawer once. I was also unable to use their survey on their website to let them know of any issues I was having with the product. The website said my Revain order number was incorrect even though I entered the correct number.
