First of all, it works a little more. The large size (10) fits my daughter perfectly and she usually wears a size 12 or 14. She wears it for acrobatics and gymnastics but wears a sports bra and a different tank top underneath as it has a loose fit and lifts on certain tricks. She said if she wears this to exercise, she doesn't need a second balloon. It is very light and dries quickly. She is very happy to have them in her rotation.
