No problems so far, better than others (EDITED)

EDIT; Problem found I was worried at first, but then I didn't think about it further until I noticed the problem. Due to the way it is made, under some tension it may rub against the lips too much. Before I even knew it, he was rubbing my pup's lip. There wasn't any terrible bleeding and it's my fault for not noticing, but it's definitely worrying. I will not use it again to allow her lip to heal. Within about a week of using it, I noticed that it drew a little better, so at least that's a plus. I haven't encountered any problems. I have nothing to complain about. As already mentioned, it stops pulling immediately. A dog cannot pull with its chest or neck in the same way, so even when it pulls it has almost no power. And because of the way these halter collars are made, they pull the head down, so it takes you away from concentrating on the tug. I still have a crazy 8 month old puppy so she will fight him with all her might but eventually she will come to terms with it. It's better than the other flimsy and flexible ones I've used because my dog has a habit of rubbing his snout on mud or snow to wash it off. With thinner ones, she could remove the mouthpiece right up to her forehead and pull off the collar from there. From what I've seen the only way she can really get rid of this is if she's just pulling away and I pull her towards me to try and get her to stop. The mouthpiece then expands enough that it slips off her nose and hangs around her neck. But luckily, if I just don't resist her, there's not much she can do. All in all it works fine. It offers a lot of customization options so I don't have to buy a new one every month or two as my pup continues to grow.
