I like this wrap - I used this for my problem shoulders and it felt good. This wrap appears to be well made - I didn’t have any issue with rips or glass beads escaping from the wrap. It’s also (relatively) easy to heat up and the velcro worked perfectly to keep this wrap in place.Possible issues with this wrap:You may have issues (like I did) heating this wrap if you have a small microwave. It’s large enough so that it won’t heat easily if you need to fold it more than once to fit it in your microwave.This wrap is heavy. If you are frail or your shoulder issues prevent you from lifting your arms, you’ll have problems using this wrap.
