Three stars deducted for the following reasons: 1. These drawers pull out very easily. The lip holding the drawer is too far forward or there is no lip on the bottom. If you pull the drawer up straight or at a slight angle, the bottom slides out and the drawer falls down. You must be careful when opening the box.2. The drawers easily slide out on their own. If you place it on a work surface subject to vibration or slight movement, these drawers will slide out. It's best to put some wedges on the bottom to tilt the device backwards slightly to avoid this problem.3. There are 8 small and 4 large dividers included. Large ones are completely useless, since there are no large boxes here, and 8 small partitions are not enough. What's more, they're built into a black frame, so you'll have to cut them out and then shave off the plastic edge so it doesn't get caught when you pull out the drawer. Odd that they just didn't include a pack of regular drawer dividers in one of the drawers.4. It is also a type of plastic that does NOT take glue very well, so these boxes cannot be cataloged easily. Traditional printed or postal labels don't stick properly, and even high-tack tape doesn't stick to them very well. Expect the labels to come off after a short while. For the price you are paying for this item it either needs to have more dividers or the drawers need to stay in place and not accidentally pull all the way out.
