This wax sucks. I wanted to like it and tried it a few times but it just doesn't feel good. It comes with spools so I used those to try and squeeze some wax out of the pan but even that was difficult. The pan is so incredibly small and you have to use a curved coil to even fit it. If you then try to pick up any product, nothing comes up. Like it's too tight. After putting a lot of effort into the wax, I was able to straighten up a bit. just enough to use in my right brow. I tried to get my hair to stick to the wax but it kept falling off. I just hated it. I do not recommend buying this product. I would use eyebrow gel instead.
