I've been using the Arkon Universal Mini Grip 15" floor mount for a little over a month. Overall I'm satisfied. Installation went smoothly, everything works as it should My iPhone looks good and is in a comfortable position for easy access in the car. I also like the ability to use the iPhone in landscape mode. I can even place my GPS on the mini grip, huh saved me the trouble of installing plastic washers on the dashboard or attracting thieves looking for suction cup rings on your windshield. The Mini Grip's design is questionable in my opinion. The flexible 15" gooseneck is made of soft metal that can break easily, if it is bent or misadjusted too many times The dealer recently had my climate control system repaired and the mechanic left it moved the Mini Grip to gain access to the center console. This weakened the mini-grip at the base. After trying to adjust the gooseneck in hopes of tightening it for stability, I was surprised to find the mini handle snapped off at the base. Luckily I was able to pierce the soft metal from the base and eventually fix the mini handle, but that's not the case. a product that you can easily move or adjust on the fly without compromising the integrity of the item. It's more of a "set it and forget it" add-on for your car. However, for the price, the pros outweigh the cons and it was fairly easy to fix when it broke.
