Works but is cheap

It successfully filtered out 100Hz noise on my 12V power rail. The build quality is pretty rough and they only use a 16V nominal capacitor. Quite disappointing because I'd order more of these if they were rated at 35V. The board isn't even connected to the chassis so it just hangs there with the component leads rubbing against an insulator glued to the bottom of the metal case .
