Good hammer. The handle is unquestionably break-resistant and cushions most of the impact of use. The only downside to the hammer is that it's made in Mexico, not the United States. I thought the head felt a little soft at first but I've been using and abusing this hammer for a few months now and it's holding up pretty well. I would recommend this hammer to any diesel mechanic, they should have it. It is not too long and heavy to swing lying on a vine.
