Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful
We have been working with alaCrinet for about 4 years now to provide technical support at our main campus location as well an off-site office which is also located here locally within this area (Columbus Ohio).
They are always professional & helpful! I would recommend them without hesitation!! Their expertise has helped us solve many issues including helping design some new features we needed but were not able or ready enough ourselves due do time constraints etc., Our help desk system was pretty rough when it came down too things like passwords resets ect...alaCRINET implemented their own custom solution using SSO instead so they can see everything happening from one place allowing quick troubleshooting/resolving any issue very efficiently plus no password reset delays anymore.
- They took initiative beyond customer expectations; went above nbeyond what had already beed done by other companies doing service in same space before.
- Eliminated lots work arounds that didn't need tk occur suchas having separate solutions running sideby sides just because two seperate sites being used simultaneously
- Tried different means towards solving problems rather than focusing solely into price quotes.i guess i should say focused primarily there :).they tried whatever else mightbe
