I'm by no means an expert on protein powders but I've bought several flavors of this brand (vanilla, chocolate and regular) and so far they've all been great. I've used it in shakes, protein balls and various other recipes and it adds a lot of protein, tastes good and makes me feel good. Highly recommended! One downside, however, is that it's 5 grams less protein than my doctor recommends (it's 20 grams versus the 25 my doctor wants me to give), but I'll still be using it. One complaint is that people are right; This package does not open well.
