It gave life back to my numb neuropathic legs

I've waited a week of daily use 2 times to write this review after reading so many reviews of "used once and loved" (useless) and "crush" had seen the bones." โ€ reviews (poor understanding). For ten years I suffered from neuropathy that left my feet and ankles numb. I walk with my knee elevated and my foot forward. After using this device a After using it for a week I can honestly say that the use has had a cumulative effect on my legs AND ankles. They feel better and better. Everything is becoming freer and freer. They move more like they used to. I am thankful for that. To the To answer "Bone Breaker" reviews, I say the included instructions are terrible. The best instructions are printed on a sticker on the front, w as is confusing. Basic Concept: The function that controls the pressure exerted on the foot is air pressure. Shiatsu rollers don't move up, just around. Airbags do the main job. Lights showing settings from brightest to hardest: flashing blue, flashing blue, green, red, and finally red. It's not very clear on the label. Pro tip: It takes time to understand this device. My first experience was painful for three reasons: First, air pressure is the boss, and I didn't know that. Second, it took ten years for my legs to reach this level of dysfunction. When I work them out with a physical therapist or massage therapist, the pain and discomfort is just as unbearable. If it took ten years to get here, it would take a long time and require many procedures to fix them and they would be painful. Before you blame the machine, consider how bad your feet are. Third, how you use it makes a huge difference to your comfort and ability to use it in the first place. Sitting in my chair, I could hardly take it even on the lightest adjustment. Sitting on my bed with my legs slightly dangling, I could use it on my feet in the hardest setting. The same goes for use on the calves and ankles. Experiment with positions. It worked best for me lying down. I also twist my legs to get at my shins. Think and be creative when using this device. In my opinion, the best first experience is to use the air-only setting with no massage, and if you like it, increase the settings. The machine is very well made and weighs a whopping 25 kilos. If you use it as much as I do I recommend getting a replacement warranty as it has many hard working parts and has no way of interacting with those parts. The foot massager (I call it "Helga") is amazingly effective. At first it was very painful to use, and little by little I figured out how to use it to my advantage. I have found that its use has a cumulative effect. My bow is back in place. My circulation has improved and my feet don't feel as cold anymore. My ankles are looser as the knots have been untied from my legs and don't tie them as tight. Overall, after seven days twice a day, I have more flexibility and feeling. I also use essential oils on my feet on a daily basis. The essence of this machine is that if used correctly, it is a game changer. I don't feel like I'm in a wheelchair anymore. This is important for me.
