I like how easy it was to setup my profile! And of course, how simple it is to use once you're there. My first impression as someone who had no previous experience with PR tools or social media networking was "it's pretty intuitive". This was true at least when using LinkedIn only. As more platforms/tools are added (e.g., Twitter), I'm not sure this will be as much an issue. A few things I would have liked to see improved were 1) the ability to copy text from other sources directly into your post without having to retype them; 2) the option to add additional information under specific profiles such as job title rather than just posting your resume again. It has been really helpful for me personally and also helping me find new connections within our industry through LinkedIn. We've seen some great improvements since we started using this platform - both internally and externally.
