Skip the travel mug with expensive inserts - just put one of these in your stainless water bottle, and enjoy alkaline water on the go! I bought a pH meter (from Ebay), and measured the pH of my water after one hour. I repeated the measuring several times, and consistently got 8.6. Overnight, you can get water above 9. These sticks WORK!
