Review on ☕ Efficient Nee Porcelain Coffee Dripper Size 02 - Enhance Your Brewing Experience by Jeff Callier

Great dripper, offers simplicity and health benefits - good overall value

It arrived yesterday and this morning I enjoyed one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. Before deciding to buy this dripper, I spent some time researching different ways to make a good cup of coffee and decided that the simplicity of the coffee brewing process is the best way to go. The Nee coffee machine itself is made of high-quality hard porcelain and is comfortable to hold. It is fragile, so handle it with care and keep it in a safe place. The box it comes in offers some storage protection. A big reason to buy a porcelain coffee filter like the Nee is to avoid any contact with plastic during the coffee brewing process. Boiling water and plastic is a toxic combination, chemicals from the plastic get into your coffee. The chemical derivatives of plastic in your coffee might not taste good, but protecting your health is a much bigger concern. This simplicity of design of this Nee dripper completely eliminates any contact with plastic when brewing coffee. Also, this dripper is VERY easy to keep clean. Application, then rinse thoroughly with water, done. Take it away next time. Your Nee Dripper can make a great cup of coffee if you follow the simple guidelines on their website. The only thing I would add is to pay attention to the quality of the water. I then filter and distil the water (I have my own distillery - a mega house). This removes all chemicals from your water and prevents your coffee from having a salty taste. It is very easy to prepare: 1) Soak half a cup of almonds in a glass and a half of water overnight. 2) In the morning, pour water and almonds into a blender along with fresh dates used as a natural sweetener. - Don't forget to remove the stone from the date! 3) Mix everything until smooth. 4) After mixing, you can strain the almond milk through cheesecloth to remove the almond fiber, although I don't bother. 5) Store in an airtight container - lasts about 3 days. You can double the size if you want to make more. I make this cream in small batches at a time to avoid potential waste and use all of the cream while it's fresh.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
