Freud 5pc Rounded Bead Bits with 1/2" Shanks (89-152) Nice set but hard to get out of the box at first but repairable By: Thomas S. October 14th 2017Verified PurchaseWhen it comes to tools you get what you pay for. Sometimes this is very important, but it is important for cutting edges and rotating objects such as milling cutters. Freud is quality. Why it seems so understandable, the bit's metal shaft is in a rubber sleeve that goes into a hole in a wooden pole, but the shaft has an adhesive coating on it or has been lubricated and that film has become sticky because there is a sticky film on the shaft , which sticks to a dense rubber insert. To do this, carefully pull out the bits, the rubber can come out. Then carefully push the rubber under the shaft. Then clean the shaft. The picture shows a yellow dispersion on the stock that has glued it to the rubber insert. It's from round butts, but it's the same problem as theirs.
