I've been looking for the 'perfect' iPad stand for many years. Finally, this is it! The stand perfectly holds Mini, Pro and larger iPads. The heavy base is made of metal covered in black plastic. The handles are made of metal while the iPad clip is made of very durable plastic. I mention this because some reviews downplay the plastic parts, they are minimal and very durable. You can move the iPad in almost any direction and it is very difficult to "tilt" it. I've found that once the iPad is fully out of the stand, all you have to do is adjust your hands properly. You do NOT need the included wrenches for adjustment, only for tightening. which fit perfectly out of the box for my 11" iPad Pro (which is heavy). We installed it in about 2 minutes and used desktop mode, you can move it around easily and your hands stay in that position so you can use it you can store it when you don't need it and take it with you when you need it without changing anything We are absolutely satisfied with this purchase. when you need it without changing anything.
