I love how easy it is for my team to use as well as the customer service we receive from them. The ability to see where our agents are at any given time is great for scheduling purposes. The ability to send out emails from within the system is also very helpful. There isn't much I dislike about SimpSocial. The only thing I can think of is maybe the interface could look better. I would highly recommend using SimpSocial for your contact center needs. We have been able to improve our agent efficiency and overall productivity by over 30%.
