SimpSocial - Excellent Contact Center Solution

I love how easy it is for my team to use as well as the customer service we receive from them. The ability to see where our agents are at any given time is great for scheduling purposes. The ability to send out emails from within the system is also very helpful. There isn't much I dislike about SimpSocial. The only thing I can think of is maybe the interface could look better. Very good solution with strong capabilities

That can perform several tasks at same time (manage chat/conversations), send reminders messages directly from CRM system, ability do several functions in one window is very efficient for contact center. Support quality could have been improved, I would recommend that people read manual thoroughly before use it.
