Support quality could have been improved, I would recommend that people read manual thoroughly before use it. This tool allows me solve issues within short timeline than I think otherwise and improve communication skill between customer service team and customers. I love how easy it is for my team to use our CRM/AI tool. There are many integrations available through different channels (phone, chat, emails). The customer service has been great! They have helped me solve some minor issues but also gave suggestions about other services we could try out if needed. As mentioned before, using an AI platform makes data collection easy and efficient since I can do most tasks from one place. Also helps when sending reports as well.
