The ability to see in real time how my schedule looks like for the week compared to others in our office. I love that the system allows us to track how many hours of work we're putting in every day and how much vacation time we have accrued. It's also great to be able to use this when I'm out sick! There isn't anything specific about the software that I dislike. It's easy to learn and makes it really simple to use once you've got used to it. I wish there was an option to print individual schedules rather than having them all lumped together on one page. I highly recommend this software.
