I like that it's easy for me as an employer/employee of multiple employers at different locations in my area with many employees throughout each location (about 90), this makes things very simple when dealing with issues such as vacation or sick days! I like how easy it was for me to figure out everything about my shifts! I have had nothing but good experiences with this program so far. It's super helpful when you need help figuring something out right away without having to go through multiple people or emailing someone back & forth. I like that it allows me to create schedules for my employees with different shifts so they don't overlap each other which helps them keep their work life balance in check! It also makes creating vacation plans very easy as well. Sometimes you have trouble finding things but once we do find something its not too hard to understand or figure out what it does. The most helpful feature for me was that I could create multiple schedules at once with different shifts/days of week etc so it made things easier when managing my work load! Sometimes there's lag between inputting information in one part then seeing changes reflected elsewhere but this doesn't happen often enough or consistently across all parts (which seems odd).
