Review on Shift Agent by Peter Sullivan

The most helpful feature for me was that I could create multiple schedules at once with different shifts/days of week etc so it made things easier when managing my work load! Sometimes there's lag between inputting information in one part then seeing changes reflected elsewhere but this doesn't happen often enough or consistently across all parts (which seems odd). It has been easy using their support team as well - they've always responded quickly without making too many demands from us which makes them more approachable overall than some other companies we have used before!! Also very good value considering how much you get out compared against competitors products / services offered within our market segment i'm sure others will find similar benefits if not better ones :) We use Shifts agent primarily during busy periods where staff rostering becomes difficult due to high levels workloads however its also useful outside these times especially around holidays eases any concerns.
