Review on Shift Agent by Theres Hallow

I like how easy it was for me to figure out everything about my shifts! I have had nothing but good experiences with this program so far. It's super helpful when you need help figuring something out right away without having to go through multiple people or emailing someone back & forth. The only thing that could make it better would be if they offered more flexibility in terms of being able to change your schedules as much as you want (so often you're stuck). If you're looking for an efficient way to keep track of all aspects of your job/shift then definitely try it out! We've been trying to find a new system after years of using excel sheets & google docs but haven't found anything else quite as convenient yet!
