Reason for return - 30 days. I originally gave this thing two stars because it took a while before I needed topping up air every few days and then it quickly got to the point where it would go flat at night with my 70 pound granddaughter sleeping on it . Of course, by that time the return date for the mattress had passed in a short time frame of 30 days. I decided the product didn't deserve two stars and switched to one. In fact, I think there must be room for zero stars. The mattress has certainly not been abused or anything and if you are considering a purchase I would look elsewhere and not waste time and money on this mattress.
