Beam pattern on this with the new low-glare design is excellent. You could theoretically leave these on without blinding the crap out of oncoming traffic. I always wire in aftermarket lights to activate automatically with the high-beam's using a relay thus avoiding any crazy wiring issues and legal matters. This is a complete kit with brackets and all the wiring you need to get it up and going. Nilight Pro for the win!
