Fits my 2007 Great Accord Sedan

UPDATE! After only 6 months of use these rotors warped and vibrated horribly when braking at high speeds. They felt really good for the first few months and the whole kit was a good deal overall, but be prepared for the rotors to be rebuilt in a year or less. end of update. Amazing fit and feel. I did a lot of research before buying brake replacement parts for my car. The local Honda dealer quoted me the cost of replacing all the rotors and pads on my 2007 Honda Accord 4 Door 2.4L 4 Cylinder EXL as about $900. I almost fell off my chair when I heard the price. I just knew I could do it cheaper. I've watched a few youtube videos and read about it on some honda accord forums. It really wasn't that difficult. I've come across a couple of overtightened bolts holding the rotor, but a good impact wrench (handheld that can be hit with a hammer) took care of that. Anyway, the rotors and pads fit well and I had a feeling they were when I bought the car. I was very happy that I was able to save the app over $700 by making it myself. Not specified in the product description, this kit also includes a full set of new clips, springy hardware that keeps your pads level. on the rotor. So that was a bonus. A few installation tips: A. Rear caliper pistons are not clamped like front and most other calipers; You need to screw them in with a large screwdriver or special tool. It is tedious and time-consuming, but in the end they will make it. B. Be sure to clean everything as best as you can when removing and before reinstalling. Make sure you have brake cleaner and brake parts lube on hand to clean and then re-lubricate everything. Especially the caliper bolts. Small anthers can be removed. Then you take out the pins, clean, lubricate and put them back in. The Powerstop website has instructions on "breaking in" new pads with rotors. There is a coating on the pads that you have to heat up by repeatedly braking or something similar. I followed the directions. My brakes are soft, stop the car great and are very quiet. I highly recommend this product. If you have a jack, a set of sockets, a striking tool, a hammer, the aforementioned lube and some basic mechanical skills, you can do this too.

Pros
  • Includes all parts required for a complete installation.
Cons
  • I have no bad feelings about this, everything is fine
