Good. I think I've learned enough about this product from Revain (4), YouTube and Google reviews. Apparently they sent me a Gen 1 radio kit and the install guide was for Gen 2. There is a difference! Called Linkswell Technical Support and left messages THREE times, no call back. More than a month has passed. That alone deserves a two star deduction in my opinion. Thanks very much! The overall sound is much worse than my factory 4" "cheap" Ram Tradesman head unit. And yes, I have adjusted the EQ many times without being satisfied with the best quality. The AM radio is not receiving a signal and I was listening to AM. Not anymore. I may have missed a wire/antenna, but I really don't want to pull the unit out of the dash. It took about 6 times to realign the massive bundle of wires to make it fit. There are many Options for this unit like adding two extra cameras and extra amps and more that I would never use. The touchscreen is good but there is a lot more to do because of the size, the air conditioning icons and everything else. It's difficult to adjusting the climate while driving. Muscle memory doesn't work very well when you're driving and can't "feel" the knob you need to turn. I would have used a smaller A lpine or even Pioneer or Sony should buy. They may be smaller or more expensive, but I think I'd be a lot happier with the sound quality. So. In my experience, BIGGER is not BETTER in this trade.
