The ease at which we can track everything from orders all way through till payment has been one great thing about this system! It's also very easy for our staff members who are not always computer savvy themselves (like myself) to use as well. I have no issues or dislikes so far other than it being new but there will come time when problems arise such as if an item goes missing somewhere along the line etc - just make sure everyone knows how they should go ahead then contact support immediately!! We're able to see where things stand throughout each day/week etc by looking up what items need doing next via their order list view too.
