I always buy this brand of mint shampoo and conditioner and I love it. I chose rosemary and mint, but on the contrary, I don't like it at all. I felt like the air conditioner wasn't packaged properly or something was wrong. Looks like a shampoo and doesn't soften my hair at all, quite the opposite and I've used it multiple times. Daughter didn't like it either. I felt my hair was like straw after using it. Is it difficult to brush or comb my hair?
