I like that it's an all-inclusive package with ease of use for both end users as well administrators in terms or creating/editing rules etc.The dashboard could be more informative than just numbers (although this may not matter if you are happy using numerical information).I would say they've been very good at keeping up their support service over time which has helped us feel confident about our decision process when looking into cloud options suchas theirs! The benefit we have enjoyed from deploying was reduced call times outbound calling agents by 50% - allowing them greater focus elsewhere within sales teams & managers can see exactly what calls were missed due high agent load eg holiday periods where demand increases dramatically so less wasted hours.
