We thought we could use one of our many backpacks to carry our 1 year old toy Cavapoo, but after purchasing it we realized that it was only because of the thoughtful design of this K9 was comfortable dog carrier. The bottom features soft padding that's removable - hooray for washing! When we put him down the first time he resisted, but was quick to ask when he was tired. We are very happy that we can now take him on longer hikes without him getting tired! Definitely recommend this product for your dog as it is comfortable and definitely durable! The design of the backpack doesn't put any pressure on your back either!
