. I bought several pairs of underwear from this brand a few years ago. They were well constructed, comfortable and well worn. Judging by the description, these new ones sounded the same. They weren't! The fabric is thin. The rubber band is a thin strip of latex or similar that is sewn on with a thin overlock seam. I've tried them and indeed the exposed rubber irritates my skin. The only reason I give them two stars is because they live up to expectations. Not that it matters as I will never wear them. Of course I can't return them because of the underwear. Right? waste of money.
