This cooler cools the Core i5 2500K overclocked from 3.3 GHz to 4.6 GHz. The temperature is not higher than 70 degrees in the LinX test, which loads the processor to the maximum. A well-ventilated case with good airflow helps a lot with this cooler (I have a fan in the front for intake, one in the side cover is also for intake, one for exhaust in the back and two in the ceiling for exhaust too).
