My brother in law suggested putting this carbon fiber sheet on the center console of our new Tesla Y. We liked the look of the piano keys on the factory console, but it felt like dust had stuck to them. I used the video on how to install EV wraps on Revain as a guide and everything went smoothly until I had trouble with the phone dock cover as it was very uncomfortable to see under the computer screen. I ended up saving it and it looked ok. As for the last section, the cup holder, I watched and re-watched the installation video because it looked a bit complicated. And so it was. Without the video running right in front of me. No wi-fi in our garage, I messed it up after an hour of arduous effort. So I used a free EV Wraps card to get out of jail and ordered another cup holder section with free shipping. To her credit, it arrived within days and included an alcohol wipe but no mop. Glad I kept the original scraper and alcohol swab. For this final setup, I chose to park my wife's Tesla Y in the guest lot with quiet AC. This was intended to bring more natural light into the area I was working in. I also had my wife sit in the passenger seat and run the EV Wraps installation video on her iPad so I could see the complex steps they took me through to properly install this section. Initially I was fine until the turning part came and then I realized that the section was not plugged (pre-cut) making it impossible to follow their procedure exactly. It was a shock and to my credit I decided not to stop. And somehow I managed to finish the job. My advice: put it in a bright but not hot place. Take your time by carefully following the EV Wraps installation video. And that might make it a little easier. The center console now looks great, feels great and doesn't show dust anymore.
