Overall I'm very happy with them. I needed flashlights where I don't have a plug and this helped. My kids loved playing with the different flashing modes and they stayed bright for about a week before I had to charge the batteries (much longer than some of the other battery powered trinkets I have). When you turn them on, they set a timer and at that point they turn on for 6 hours every day. I have bought several different types of these lamps this season and these work best. I love having lots of lights around my house during the holiday season and it has helped brighten up a previously neglected area between hanging kitchen pendants.
