The walkie-talkies have not been used much but so far they work perfectly. Very happy with the battery life. I found the instruction manual difficult for a non-ham radio operator and was curious how I might get hold of an automatic radio charger. Contacted support who said the charger is currently unavailable in the US. The speed of customer support responses was excellent. Possibly the best customer support I have ever received. Very happy with the radios so far and were it not for the complicated manuals and lack of a car charger in the US I would have given it five stars.
