I like how easy it was to install with our existing software, as well we are able t o integrate into other systems without any problems at all! The support team has been great about answering questions when needed in addition they have helped us set up some customizations for additional features which were not included out of box but very helpful once installed!! No dislikes so far just happy everything works smoothly from initial setup through ongoing use after installation/upgrade.
