My husband wanted shoes for Christmas. He said size 43 or about a size 9. So I ordered a 9. When they arrived I tried them on and they fit me so I knew they wouldn't fit him. After a little research on other sucker show lists, I found that 43 equals 9.5. So I immediately ordered a 9.5 but they won't get here until Christmas so I haven't started returning this pair yet for my husband to have something to open. In short, I was honest about what happened. explained that I had already bought a replacement. I willingly paid 6€ for the return. I just got a refund and they charged a $10 restocking fee. So a good deal on what these shoes ended up costing me the same as if I had bought them elsewhere. Now yes. It says they might charge you for refilling, but seriously. I have an e-commerce business myself. If I have an item in stock and the customer simply ordered the wrong size and bought a different one (which I find is easier than an exchange procedure), simply return a full refund. It's just part of doing business in the ecommerce world. I will never buy from this seller again. By the way, my husband really likes the shoes, so this review is really more about the seller and not the product.
