Well you get what you pay for if you expect the highest quality for the money its not worth it lol you just need to know how to use your gear here is sometimes a big problem with the handles Cannot hold weight when adjusting telescopic arm (height knob). Had no problem moving the armrest except when the customer is not positioned correctly. Legs sometimes look strange when you need to sit close to someone in the arm/shoulder area they spread too wide after someone put their hand or elbow on them and put their weight, you need to know how to open someone's hand the pillow lays, or the pillow will lean if too much weight is put on it (it all happens knowing how to use what you have) overall it's a good device but definitely upgraded take it out when you have money
